Thank you, everyone. I’m Laura, the team lead. Let me sum up.
Overall, the project is on track. Most of the work has been done: the design was finished, the chat and the video calls were implemented, and more than sixty test cases were checked. Great job, team!
There was one problem. The video service was delivered by our partner one week late, so some of the testing was moved to the next sprint. Because of that, the release date was changed from the first to the fifteenth of December.
What happens next? The remaining bugs will be fixed by the end of this sprint. Then the video calls will be tested with three doctors from the clinic. Their feedback will be collected and discussed at our next meeting.
If everything goes well, the new feature will be released on the fifteenth of December, and it will be announced to all patients by email. Notifications are planned for the next sprint.
